Ethnographic Approach to Sustainable Farming

This project was sponsored by Marcatus QED and commissioned by Humanity United for Vihara Innovation Network to develop sustainable farming practices. Marcatus QED provides high quality products (pickles & other preserved vegetables) all over the world. The project aimed at developing a gender inclusive responsible farming curriculum to help achieve Marcatus QED’s goal of doubling the yield of Gherkins, popularly known and widely eaten as pickles, in its supply chain within three years through the increased implementation of sustainable farming practices.
